Excellent customer service! After have a motor blow out in my 13 yr old unit during this heat wave, they came out same day as the call, gave me quotes for repair and new unit. All my questions were answered without any high pressure sales. Having chosen to go with the new unit, they came back the next day at no cost with a replacement motor to get me through the period waiting for the unit. Then a week later they installed the new unit. The workers were very professional and courteous, cleaned up after completion and made sure I was completely satisfied.
